Julie McLelland - Managing Director

Julie is a highly experienced Recruitment professional with 20 years working for and with start-up businesses to having spent 7 years as an Operations Director for the 3rd largest recruitment business in the UK. She has successfully set up recruitment teams, managed recruitment centres and built critical talent pipelines for large blue chip organisations and medium sized businesses across public and private sectors in the UK and overseas.

Mark Protheroe - Company Secretary

Mark has extensive management experience including proposition and solution based sales, gained within recruitment, consultancy and system integration companies, to markets including Central Government, Local Government Defence, Healthcare and the Private Sector. He has negotiated full service outsourcing contracts and delivered contracts during transition, migration and securing of new services.

Anouska Willis - Finance and Office Manager                      

With a long career in Recruitment, Anouska joins the Direct Talent Team as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Engineering and Technical recruitment to recruitment across the Thames Valley.  Having spent 14 years in the industry Anouska brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

David McLelland - Technical Director                      

David has extensive technical experience responsible for all IT and Software Development projects undertakent by DTL  With over 30 years Project Management and Technical Support skills, gained working for a number of organisations both public and private sectors.  He has strong client relationship management skills working for organisations in the UK and Internationally.
